In the inaugural year of the MHS Help Desk, students helped resolve 2852 tickets!
As you can see from the graph below, the number of issues nearly doubled from first semester to the second semester. Our number 1 issue continues to be charging, and related issues. A 22% increase in repairs will probably be a number that will continue to grow as the chomebooks age each year. You can also see that the number of visits to the help desk nearly doubled from the first semester to the second semester.
